Project Reader is an easy to use software application which enables you to view projects created with Microsoft Project without requiring you to install the Microsoft Project software. With Project Reader you can open, export and print any Microsoft project stored in MPT, MPP, XML and database format. Project Reader is a great application which allows you to view project data in various forms like Gannt Diagram, Resource Sheet, Resource Usage and Task Usage. With Project Reader, you can modify the display format of some of the project data like date fields, currency fields, values expressing duration of time, values showing amounts of work, normal and summary task bar pattern. Project Reader has a simple and user friendly interface. It is capable of accepting print commands through command line and thus enables you to schedule print commands to execute at any time. Project Reader allows you to export data in xml and CSV format. It also allows you to export resources, tasks and assignment related data separately in CSV format. It provides you with View Tables in which you can customize the display of Tasks/Resources information. Interestingly, this useful MPP Viewer is available in multiple languages and is free to try. |
